Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TrailPulse.AI(the “Service”), operated by TrailPulse.AI LLC(“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

TrailPulse.AI provides community-reported mountain-bike trail conditions, maps, and tools to track and analyze rides imported from connected fitness services. Features may change over time.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the trail reports, comments, and photos you submit. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to share.

Connected services

You may connect third-party services such as Strava or Garmin. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We access your data from them only as you authorize, and you can disconnect at any time. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

Acceptable use

• Don’t misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute data from the Service except as permitted.
• Don’t post false reports or harass other users.

Trail conditions, routes & safety

Trail conditions, status, closures, weather, and AI-generated analysis are informational and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. They are community- and model-generated, not official. Always check official land-manager sources and use your own judgment before riding. Mountain biking carries inherent risks; you ride at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrailPulse.AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service, including reliance on trail conditions or route information.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
